About the event
This class will teach you how to tap into your body's own innate ability to heal, reduce stress, anxiety, physical pain, emotional trauma and so much more. You will also learn meditation techniques and mindfulness strategies to help you integrate Reiki into your daily life.
No prior experience needed. Open to everyone. Investment of $275 includes Reiki manual, journal and Certificate of Completion of Reiki Level 1 Practitioner.
